Lead the small team with him for making the work happen given to the team
Should be able to read the drawings & make the installation accordingly
Hydraulic pipe fitting, Tube bending, FMCG food Hygenic piping, OD tubes fabrication
Should make team with Welder, grinder, helpers to make progress in pipelines layouts.
Should plan the resources like manpower, machines, cranes, consumables for given work
Should coordinate with Team leader, Supervisor for work given
Responsible for safety of his work area
Complete the given work target
Train the workers with him for given job
